We have developed this section of our Web site to help answer commonly asked questions about our billing process and insurance. At LMA we understand
how stressful it can be when you need medical attention so we strive to provide you the best possible customer service when it comes to your medical bills.
All LMA practices require payment at the time of service. Your payment can be an insurance deductible, a co-payment or full payment for uninsured patients
or those services not covered by an insurance plan.
LMA participates with many insurance companies. Please contact one of our practices directly to
see if they work with your insurance carrier. As a courtesy, LMA will bill your insurance
company for you. If there is a difference between what they pay and the actual bill, you will
be expected to pay that amount to LMA at the time of your care or service.
If you have questions about your bill please contact your physician practice directly. To locate the contact information for one of our practices, visit our Find a Doctor section.
